Everyone I talked to said the food was
GREAT!! We only had a little of the
chicken and veggie premivera left
over. My husband and I were very
impressed Thank you so much I will
definately rec your catering to others!!

Comments: Since we've discovered
Uncle Marty's we go there probably
twice a week. We've been for
breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food
is FANTASTIC! The steamed clams are
INCREDIBLE as are the steaks, ribs,
etc. The only 'bad' thing I had there
was the shrimp scampi. I wouldn't get
that again. And it's not that it was 'bad',
it just wasn't up to par with everything
else they serve. We highly recommend
their apple cider pancakes for
breakfast, the pulled pork wrap for
lunch and the cedar plank steaks or
the cajun ribeye for dinner. Give it a
try, I'm highly certain that you won't be
disappointed.

Is it here? Is it spring? Wow! What a
winter!! The good news is the snow is
melted and the patio is open!
Yep, there are some changes that are
going to happen this spring - Marty is
going to move the kitchen and make the
bar bigger so there is more room for
you all to move around. He is also
going to expand the Buffet offering
and Catering services.
So, come on in, sit a spell and catch up
on all that is new at Uncle Marty's this
summer.
March '08
This is a big year for the Uncle. 4
years of hard work has positioned him
for a great summer. He will be closing
for a week or so in early April to

think you will be pleased with the
